Background
Being a native Californian, born in San Francisco and having lived and traveled throughout the world, Steven always found his way back to the Bay Area. It is one of the greatest places on earth to live!

Steven’s professional and educational accomplishments and associations start with a Bachelors of Science in Business from CSU Chico; a real estate broker's license; membership in the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

His practical experience is centered on the mortgage industry, having owned Cypress Financial and Equity Capital Group over the last 23 years, participating in the purchase and refinance markets. Besides brokering loans, he has also had the opportunity to work for direct lenders, thus giving him practical experience on how to maneuver in lending institutions.
